When renting a property, it can be very stressful and frightening. That is where Lancaster Letting’s comes in, with our professional and confident team, we offer a bespoke service. We are not your normal letting agent, we offer a friendly service with working out of office hours to meet our clients’ needs. Viewings can be arranged to meet our clients’ needs including late evenings and weekends.
Once we have agreed the terms and conditions of your rental agreement, we will then need to do some credit checks and reference checks before we can proceed with the agreement. Our process is simple. There is a non-refundable charge for our checks and this will cost:
- £39 incl. VAT for a single applicant;
- £59 incl. VAT for a couple’s application;
- £25 incl. VAT for additional applicants;
- £20 incl. VAT if a guarantor is required.

We have a dedicated hands-on maintenance team who are ready to respond to any of your maintenance issues.
